Whakaari-White Island investigation – Worksafe charges

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) can confirm it is one of the parties that has been charged by Worksafe in relation to the Whakaari-White Island eruption on 9 December 2019. NEMA will not comment further until the process has run its course.
